How do I change my account password?
Password and other account settings can be located by signing in. Click Sign In in the upper right corner of the website.
How can I see how much credit is available on my account?
Available credit balances will be displayed in the upper right corner of the website. You have to be signed in to your account to be able to view credit balance information.
Will my credit expire?
No. There is no expiration date on the credit amount.
Where will my order be delivered?
All orders ship to the Granger Corporate Office and will be delivered to your work area within two business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive your order within 3 to 5 weeks.
How do I apply my account credit to my order?
Any available credit will be automatically applied to your amount due first. You will have to enter your personal credit card information if your order total is more than your credit balance.
What payment methods can I use (other than credit)?
MasterCard, Visa and American Express
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will be calculated and added to your order during checkout.
Do I have to pay shipping?
Granger will cover all shipping and handling fees.
Do I still need to enter my credit card information if I don’t owe any money?
No. You only need to enter your personal credit card information if your order total is more than your credit balance.
Can I have the total withdrawn from my paycheck?
No, that is not an option at this time.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Print a copy of the confirmation page.
Can I log in to my store account from my smartphone or tablet?
Yes, this website is mobile and tablet-friendly.
Can my spouse or children purchase Granger Gear?
Because this is a password-protected site, you are encouraged to keep your log-in credentials to yourself; however your family is more than welcome to purchase Granger Gear!
How do I know which size I should choose?
